Is the dust bowl battle in progress at all, or are we still just deploying. If deploying, which side of the map are we deploying from?
If we're in the spot of the DustBowl III map/deployment, we're sitting in a shooting gallery for the Trenchbucket, Longbow, and Artillery.

"They got us in the shooting gallery cap - My suggestion is we charge and try to get in close... My Battlemaster and the Victor should be able to chew them up if we can close, but not if we dally here in the bowl.... Run and Gun - keep those jumpers and meatbags away from our feet and backs... Kind of. The repairs were done, its getting everything back into combat status.

Oh! Then applied yelling and threats might actually work? I need an urban mech to threaten my guys with!

Ok here comes my first noob question:
Can someone walk me through the terrain types and their game mechanic effects?
For example, I am guessing that hex # 3240 is rubble/difficult terrain, but I am unfamiliar with the tabletop mechanics for that. Similarly what type of terrain is hex #3242?
I am hoping it is some kind of cover I can head for.
Lastly is there any kind of bracing mechanic like in the Harebrained Schemes game?

Facing: Up is 1, then go clockwise. So North = 1, NE = 2, SE = 3, S = 4, SW = 5, NW = 6.
Terrain: 3140 = clear, 3240 = rough terrain, 3342 = planted field (TO pg38), and 3637 = sand (TO pg39).
Not much, if any, cover on this map.
And no, their is no mechanic like that one in TT BT.
