I was getting tired of Geocities no links rule. So I went shooping for a new host. I found three that appealed to me. But all three has the same rule. No outside links. It just may be worth it just to pay a server to get my own website.
But no matter how cheap it is. There is hardly enough traffic on my site to justify the cost.
