Nova CEWS made by Society... found it... but since it is an ECM and has ECM features (range 3), shouldn't it satisfy the requirements of being an ECM to support the use of Stealth Armor (it doesn't currently as the designer won't validate because it doesn't recognize Nova as counting as an ECM).
