You may want to reconsider how designs are posted to the Design Forum. Instead of a toggle checkmark, change it to a button that only becomes active AFTER a design has been saved and validated. _________________ one must work hard to cultivate the mind and body. and one must always cultivate the mind.

It's unchecked by default, meaning a user has to deliberately check it. And the only way to SAVE a design is with a clean validation (no errors). Not sure I like the idea of having to click a second button after the first.
I don't think a design re-appearing in the same thread is that confusing once you understand why it's happening. _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator

I think the checkmark stays after you hit save.
I personally don't mind it responding in the same thread, wish Omnis could be set to do that. lol. _________________ one must work hard to cultivate the mind and body. and one must always cultivate the mind.

I swear it's checked on by default.
But that might just be me filling out variants of omnimechs carrying over after I shared the base configurstion.
Correct. For new units or when you press Reset, it will not be checked. But if you're loading a design, it will inherit that design's Post to Forums state. _________________ Mordel Blacknight - Site Administrator
