With the lasers moved to the arms its a pretty decent mech. The only thing I don't like is that it cannot use its full potential (a so called "alpha strike"). Lasers that don't fire might as well be dead weight or cargo space.

If you dont need hand for your mech, remove the actuators to allow flipping arms and move the large pulse lasers into the arms.
As firinc arcs usually are only a problem in the infight, you will be able to make more damage to thouse peksy little spiders which try to jump into your backward firing arch 
Try to fill as much slots as possible in the torso locations with equipment that cant explode, like Heatsinks & Jumpjets, to lower the chances of a engine hit for your foes.
If you have more HS than you can fit into the torso loactions, put some into your feet for terrain with level 1 water areas.

OH yes we would....use Hellions have developed a few tatical styles of fighting that differ from the majority of clans...this allows us to bring down heavy machines with lights and mediums on a regular basis.
