Never tell someone "I won't pay more than 'X'", because odds are that's what you're going to pay--especially if the original price would have been cheaper.

Ironhand walks past the burnt out vehicle in the front of the B&G and notices the blood on the half torn off door and wonders what he missed while he was cleaning his 'mech up.
He walks into the B&G slowly, waiting to see if the coast is clear before handing over his pistol to Lurch.
"Howdy folks!" waves Ironhand heading directly for the bar, "A tall Beam and coke please, chihawk."
"can anyone tell me what hit that vehicle parked 9 meters from the door?"
