I am in a mood that would suggest refferral to higher authority by lead injection for all involved parties.
The silly girl went back to him several time when she KNEW BETTER, and still exposed the kids to the possible threat. The kids beyond #1 are probably the result of "Making Up". If the registered offender status is true and the other stuff is true, he is just as much the problem as her. The reason she is going back is probably because she needs a meal ticket. Sorry, if you can't take care of yourself, evolution will. I suggest helping it along.
