Like the guy who mistakenly doubled the double heat sinks a second time
10(20) became 20*2=40 heat dissipation.
Somewhat different from the original.

That's very possible and I've seen it before. I'm betting the person was used to using HMP and had a DB sheet, or vice versa. That's where the largest number of errors happen.

Gotta love the Penetrator. Most of my Lvl 1 customs are build along the same lines.

One of My Favorites as well, The Penetrator. I've see her take 300 points of damage and still walk away.....

Wasns't walking by much I'd think...
75 tons = 114 internal structure
13 tons of armor = 208 pips
Means it had less than 22 pips remaining

It struck me as weird that a lvl 2 design with DHS capable of dissipating 30-40 heat in one round would be called in-efficient for overheating, what, by ca 4 after an alpha-strike!!!
I play mostly lvl 1. I NEVER had a problem with overheating. I once blew up a Marauder very, very early in my gaming-carreer, but even at that stage, it was more for fun-reasons than any real problems.

Nice category grouping. Like how you did that, other than maligning my Firestarter. That may be a good way to introduce new players to the Level 1 side of the game. Let them play a Group 1 or 2 and then move them on up the heat scale. This would allow them to have fun and learn. It is when you play the Tbolt the first time and go nova due to heat, they never will play it again. This way they see how others may play it and learn. Of course some may never care and go with cool mech only.... the bane of level 2.
AWAD- Scorpion anyone

Chihawk, It was something like...
2 Head, 2 RT, 4 LT, 5 CT, 3 RL, 1 LL, 2 LA and 1 or 2 Pt CTR armor. RA was gone. 4 Crits - 1 Gyro, 1 Engine, 1 LL Actuator, and 1 Upper arm Acuator--On the Right arm so that one doesn't mean much....
But She did walk off the board, with two of her lance mates...Who looked like swiss cheese...They won. No other mech was operational...
