This is a great article that I found on Hardware's board. We seldom have a troll issue here, but there are some great insights on how to deal with them. I encourage everyone to read it and pass along the URL to others.

Well, (knock on wood) at least we'll only have him. I ran into a real nit-wit on Longwalker's before it shut down. (In hindsight, I think she's why he shut it down. She's rabidly pro-Laio and thinks that anyone that isn't Laio is because they hate Laio. I've had to deal with her on two different boards over that.)
