"Oh man, he went and said it!" As the Klaxon blares the Major runs from his conversation with Ironhand and climbs the ladder to his GRF-6S Griffin. After a few mintues the machine is mobile and moving for the exit of the Bar and Grill parking area...

Alexander, the bar's resident drunk looks up from his table at the screaming patrons, and shakes the alcholic haze out of his brain.
He stands up and says, "Looks like it's time again."
He fishes in his pocket for the keys to his 'Mech, and then reaches for his wallet to pay the tab. He searches all of his pockets but can't find his money. "What the..." he mumbles as he pats himself down frantically.
Then it dawns on him, "Oh yeah, I gave it to that nice stripper I met."
Alexander walks to the door, and when no one is looking sneaks out, running to his waiting 'Mech. He climbs up the rope ladder, and jumps in his seat. He quickly rumages through the spare change bin, and pulls out enough to pay for his bill, before running back to the bar.
Alexander (Can't run out on the bill, ya know!)

OOC: Well, it is my only 'Mech, and Null-Sig is useful given my job description...*sigh* as if the Griffin didn't have heat problems already...  Also, I'm not a merc anymore...

Ironhand follows the Major out the door and is met by a wheeled scout skidding to a stop. Ironhand jumps in as it begins to roll. Blistering past the Major's Griffin, towards the space port.
Scratches his head as he swings the medium laser around searching for targets.
