If Wizkids/FanPro were to redraw (not redesign--the stats stay the same) the unseen mechs would you buy them.

I voted on "Depending on the Looks" cause if they redo the unseen but they make them look stupid I still won't buy them. They have to be QUALITY artwork, i mean a TON better then some of the trash they have produced recently (by they i mean the game owners as a collective group).
However, my money is now going into my game so that i can get it going so i really don't have much say cause i won't be buying any battletech stuff for a while..
I would like to note that the Unseen will be converted into Cry Freedom units as a completely nonprofit thing which will be posted here for those that are interested. If you have any favorite units that you would like to see brought into the Cry Freedom Universe (again as an unofficial unit) please feel free to send me an email!

By "buy them" I assume you mean a TRO and not minis.
If they were made to look decent I would purchase the TRO with them in it. I might back off if the art was goofy like WH 40K or TRO 3060.
If you mean minis then I would have to say no. I never really got into the minis scene, and I have other things I would rather spend my pocket change on.
Hey Raven, how is the whole Cry Freedom project going? Are things looking up?

Guys, I don't think he is talking about Clicky tech mechs. He said IF they redrew them, would you buy them based of that?
To me this means he is saying that the new pictures would come out in a TR or FM or something, and then followed by a miniture.
Not okay here are the Unseen minis redone...deal with it. Pictures first then the minis.

It would depend on how well they look.
For a classic player like my self. I would not buy them for gamming. That would leave diplay option. So they would have to look pretty sharp for me to buy them for decoration.
But. If they looked good enough. Yeah. I would.
I bought the Tiger handheld game. And I hate handheld games. But the mech looks sharp. And makes a great decoration.

Its going very well. The praise we got at the convention was awesome!! Everyone thought it was at the very least, worth checking out twice. Next year we'll have bound rule books, painted minis and a 3D terrain map. So it should look REALLY cool. I hope we'll make some sales actually!
I"ll have updates for the entire team out asap. Right now i have a heavy work load (midterms!) but i'll be over it soon soon.

No need to pry them loose, you can still use the older minis...I'm talking about redrawing them so that they don't violate HG's copyright.
So there'd be 2 "offical" minis for the unseen.
