Yes this would be nice, BUT since TPTB re-did the rules for the Angel ECM, it NO longer jams Targeting Computers AS WRITTEN in MaxTech and seeing how that book is newer and given the old regime's way of thinking newer means better then nothing can jam TCs.
Now if you are tossing aside the old regime's pipe dreams and using the rules for Angel from the TACTICAL HANDBOOK, then yes the Angel CAN JAM TCs.
BUT, that is STILL using a LEVEL 3 item to defeat a LEVEL 2 common item...kind of defeats the point.
And no Guardian ECM can not jam TCs.

Having ECM block TCs would give them a more practical use. It would make more sense as a rule as it seems to block everything else including Artemis IV which are pretty much a TC for missiles.

Cadet. To get back on topic did you see the Plebian I posted in the design section? Its a Lev 0 mech, ICE engine, 55 tons, 4/6 speed. lots of Rockets Launchers (from Periphery Book) and two machine guns. Go look!
