Overview:
    Corsara Weaponries would start to feel the pressure on Mars once the Republic pulled their
    forces back into "Fortress Republic." At some point after this event they would decide to
    begin increase their presence on Northwind, expanding their facilities covertly so as not to
    raise suspicions within the Republic on their lack of confidence with that state. By the
    time Earth fell to the wolves, Corsara had gone a long ways in entrenching themselves on
    Northwind. However, the were not at the point where they were prepared to start up King Crab
    Production. Instead of letting the factory line go silent until it met production readiness
    for the legendary mech Corsara would appoint a design team to "fill the gap." The process
    would be immensely accelerated by the fact that Corsara had been playing around with the
    idea of a heavy mech for years, and had produced several prototypes, but for variety of
    reasons had never taken any of them to a full production run. Selecting among these
    prototypes the design team would heavily modify the design basing elements of their new mech
    on concepts and idea's embodied by the CRB-54 and KCG-011. The Culmination of their efforts
    would be the Rock Crab RKC-01A.

Capabilities:
    Equipped with an XXL engine allowed the mech to obtain speeds of 84 km/h normally and over
    100 km/h when utilized with the super-charger. For its primary armament the RKC would come
    equipped with 2 Plasma Rifles supplied with 3 tons of ammo and 1 MML-9 w/ Artemis IV
    supported by 2 tons of ammo. The Ammo would be protected behind a CASE II system.
    Additionally, the Rock Crab would be fitted with a ER-Flammer. For Defense the Rock Crab
    would be armored with 14.5 tons of standard armor plating (231 pips). A whopping 17 double
    heat sinks would be added to keep the mech cool.
