Overview:
    This was a pure exercise in how cheaply could I get Arrow IVs on the field using only 1
    mech.
    
    The setup was probably about 7.5k bv with 3 mechs.  I Went for 2 high value Mechs with TAG,
    and this.  The premium for bringing homing ammo was also paid.

Capabilities:
    So it started as a 100 ton mech just to maximize potential.  Compact engine and gyro free up
    the space needed to fit 3 Arrow IVs while leaving 1 arm free to prop up the mech.  Because I
    already knew armor was just a cost I didn't want to pay.  So being prone behind cover was
    the best option for survival.
    
    The real problem is now heat.  3 Arrow IVs are pretty hot, and I did want to be able to use
    them continously.  Arrow IVs also take up a rather appalling number of critical slots.  With
    the movement floored to reduce BV multipliers the engine wasn't going to help hold the
    needed heat capacity.  It is here where I finally discovered a use for one of the arguably
    least useful bits of tech ever, the compact heat sink.
    
    With enough heat to actually be useful, and a weapons payload equally as functional, it was
    time to start parsing away at the BV.  First was a small cockpit to reduce the total bv by
    5%.  Composite structure to reduce the internal structures value by half.  A reduction in
    tonnage until all critical slots were used and a minimum tonnage remained which was used up
    in armor.  Finally a ton of ammo was placed in every location without CASE to include that
    series of penalties to the BV calculation.
    
    And today I realized there was one truly final trick.  Use hardened armor for the -1 to
    running, reducing the offensive multiplier further and reducing the BV by just over 100 more
    points.

    Why yes, you could put a 8/8 pilot in this for even further reductions in BV.  A concept
    that has been called "a monkey with a homing grenade"
    
    It's not like the homing round even uses the launchers skills after all.  (The TAG gunners
    on the other hand...)
