Shouldn't those be LRTs, rather than LRMs?

Nope. This is a U variant with normal jump jets and weaponry. At least according to the record sheet. Though it does seem odd to have HarJel. The MUL says it's in TR3085, but I can't find any reference to the Turkina (any variant), in that book.

Well, the JJs are fixed on Turkina, so even U variant would have have them (although it could have UMUs as well I guess... well going to rapidly emerge in submarine emergency style and continuing with a jump might be worth the trouble of mounting both Very Happy). I guess some Us are deep space variants, while others are really underwater specials.

That's right, I keep thinking HarJel is for underwater use only, and continuously forget about the fact they function the same in space.

This probably is a deep space variant (talons and stuff) I didn't read the rules for that, but perhaps the heat sinks might be overwhelmed by direct sun or something, or they work worse in vacuum. Not sure. With 15 DHSs it sure looks weird.
