Can you elaborate a little on how you'd want this to work? I mean, random number generators are easy enough, but how would you expect it to integrate with the site messaging and send out results?

I'm thinking a sub-area of the site (could be a pop-out) with an RNG that has an option where you can add recipients like if you were sending a site message.
Then when you hit submit or roll, it displays the requested random roll desired based upon the settings to the user. If any recipients were set then it also sends those people a SM with the roll settings and result. I'd also include a field to add a line of text so a person could say something like "for PSR" or "I want to diplomacy the dark".
It could also include an option to paste a code block into a post body with the variables and results.
But the SM message is just a simple SM from 'site roller' with a text body of the printed results: "User 'user' has sent you a random roll of 'roll setting' with a result of 'roll result' with the included message: 'extra text'.
Ex:
| Code: | | User Vagabond has sent you a random roll of 2d6+3 with a result of 10 with the included message: I want to diplomacy the dark. |
As I said, i'd make the SM originate from a 'site roller' user so that way the rolls are secure.

So you're looking for something that can't be edited?
Having an extra button or option that pops up a dialog that rolls for you and puts it in your message is easy. But it sounds like you also want it to send the message right away instead of giving the user a chance to edit it?
I'm just curious what the impetus behind the desire for this is. Is it so, as a GM, you can have players roll for things on their own, right in the site, and sent it to you?

That is exactly what I desire. I can roll everything,but this gives players some aegis.

Also, besides the standard 1d6 and 2d6, what other rolls are required in BT? Do they get into percentile rolls anywhere or anything else? I'd like to include all possible dice roll options needed in the various BT universe.

I'd set the standard d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, and d100 with ability to select # of dice and mods.
but if we are doing BT, then all i can recall is d6 and d10 between 1 and 3 dice with mods.
