I made it easier to read.
My feed back:
1. split your standard scale weapons into 1, 2, or 4 groupings. Makes them better vs aero fighters.
2. Move ALL of your AAA weapons to the nose, broadsides, and aft.
3. Move MOST of your capital weapons to the Front/Rear sides.
You are already grouping you non-missile Cap-weapons in 4 gun clusters so you can optimize with bracketing fire. But moving the guns will reduce your fire control costs by a good margin.
And I would dump the Beagle and ECM. On large scale craft, they offer NO bonus. _________________ one must work hard to cultivate the mind and body. and one must always cultivate the mind.

So I moved the weapons, reorganized the cargo as I prefer it in my builds, added some missile ammo, upped the armor, upped the fuel stores to 123 days at 1g, and food stores to 123 days.
The front/boardsides/aft arcs form a 360 degree non-overlapping field of fire. By putting the AAA fire in those arcs you get full coverage with no blind spots. By putting your main guns in the front-side/aft-side arcs, you get over lap on broadside shots but not to front or rear and thus the handful of main guns in the front/rear arcs to cover the blind spots; in most engagements, the enemy is not going to bed directly ahead/behind so the side arcs are supper effective. This freed up over 1,000 tons from the fire control computers as the calculations use the heaviest guns first.
As for the cargo, you have 17k tons of spare parts, 18k of cargo is excessive imho. Its a warship, not a cargo vessel. So I reduced the cargo bays in each launch bay to = 100 tons * (# aero + # small). This represents the fuel/ammunition bunker in each bay. If you need more, pull from the general supplies. Next, most of your surplus cargo will go towards ammo and spare fuel anyway, so I upped the barracuda ammo to 15 shots per and upped the fuel to 123 1g days vs 27 1g days.
