I found it. For some odd reason it got submitted as an omni BASE with me as the creator. Not sure what happened, but I edited it to assign you as the Designer and made it not an omni BASE design.

I rather like it, actually. It's just about the best scouting performance one would get from an Owens, and I love the supercharger. The 4 SPL are anemic in conventional 'Mech combat, but that's what the electronics are there for. The 4 SPL are just about as good as it gets for IS tech vs infantry.
All in all an excellent use of the platform and a great Scout.
