The idea behind this 'Mech was that this would have been used by smaller towns and cities in the periphery states for law enforcement and as a last resort for defence. Being able to hit a top speed of 135 mph also makes it a rather difficult target...

Law Enforcement at 200 kph with a T-Comped CERLLas?
You obviously need a lesser class of criminal!
See, to me she says counter-recon. She doesnt have the electronics of a recon machine, or the armor to get in a fight with anything with meaningful armament, but I could see her running down and murdering enemy recon mechs.

The only problem with this thought is, how many small towns and cities in the periphery states do you know that can get their hands on Clan equipment, let alone a Clan TC and ERLLAS?
