I've begun my push towards making custom equipment a thing. As such, I've taken the first steps, as this update focuses on equipment. Details are below:
Enhancements- While viewing a units Availability page, users can now see why a given year was given the rules level it was. By clicking on an era and then clicking on a given year, the row expands, and you are presented with the rules level for each piece of equipment the unit uses. You'll see if it falls before, within, or after the given year range, along with the rules level and if it's extinct.
- A new menu option to view Weapons & Equipment has been added and is available under Unit Management. This is a listing of all equipment used for designing units on this site. While all data may not currently be there, I'll slowly be working on it to flush it all out. Full filtering is available, and clicking on a piece of equipment provides a vast amount of information related to it. This includes things such as:
- Description, Game Rules, and Construction Rules
- Combat and Construction data
- Rule level progression tables
- Prototype, Production, Extinction, and Recovery dates
- Ammunition allowed for the equipment
