I like what you are presenting, but I also can't figure out what it's attempting to be.

Drop 2 tons ac/5 ammo, upgrade the LL to Snub PPCs. 20 shots / gun is sufficient for everything but extended campaigns behind enemy lines.

Or drop LACs for LPPCs unless planning to use flak ammo allowing you to again upgrade to SnPPCs.

Or drop 2t ammo and upgrade SLs to SPLs for anti-infantry work.
