Overview:
    A customized Marauder II MAD-5A that appeared in the Chaos March at the hands of a mercenary
    known only as 'The Regulator.' This MAD-5A utilized 17 double heat sinks, and with the
    weight saved, installed an unusual but effective array of weaponry. The Regulator's Marauder
    II stripped all the original weapons, installing a Gauss Rifle, two large lasers, and two
    large pulse lasers. Less of a sniper and more of a brawler, the Regulator's Marauder II saw
    action against Blakist forces for almost three decades, as the Regulator was given a
    contract on Gan Singh to help defend the world which was extended after the Capellan. The
    customized Marauder II would meet its end before that of its pilot, being turned over in
    3084 to the Military Materiel Redemption Program. The battlemech was scrapped in 3086, but
    parts of the armor plating including the Regulator's personal heraldry, were preserved by
    the local government in a memorial to the world's long struggle against the Blakists. As of
    3152, this memorial is still intact.
