Okay I have question for you folks...
If you are friends with a girl and you have a girlfriend and said girlfriend doesn't seem to have a problem with you being friends with another girl there should be no problems correct?
To give you a better understand of this here is what happen. A friend of mine, named Rachel called me and asked if I wanted to go to one of the local amusement parks with her and bunch of the old gang from back in high school, seems a few of them were in town and wanted to get together...
So I said sure, and we all went...now here is the problem area...my current girlfriend works at the park we went to...she had told me that she was going to be doing the lunch thing with a friend of hers.
So today I get asked if I was at the park and I told her I was, and she wanted to know with whom and why and what all I was doing, so I told her...and she gave me a really dirty look and the conversion with her has been curt and short...
So what did I miss here?

Might I reccomend that, after getting this kind of call, you ask your girlfriend if it's okay?
Without prior warning, what *she* sees is that you're out with anotehr girl, while she's at work, laughing and having a good old time.
And you wonder why she's giving you the eye?

Women are funny that way. Even if they gave you express permission in advance, they will still be pissed at you for going with your friend. Communication has nothing to do with it.

Yeah dude I have to agree its your fault. The only way yo ucould have avoided it is to tell her that your going to the park with your high school friends as sort of a reunion. But....... you didn't so now your screwed

Talk to her, explain to her the whole situation. If she is still upset with you hanging out with another girl, lose her. As my last gf so delicatly put to me, bro's before ho's.
Friends are forever, and if a "signifigant other" can't let you have your friend, then its not worth it...

Maybe when she asked you what you did she was looking for some sign that you missed her at the days events. Perhaps she is miffed that you can have fun without her. Or maybe I'm completely wrong.

The title of this thread speaks volumes about the real problem. "Understand women", ain't no such thing junior.
Settle for the weatherman approach. Be happy if you can predict their actions 30% of the time. If it is sunny out, bring an umbrella, just in case.

Since when did the weatherman have that high of an accuracy rating?
"Understand" and "women" do not belong in the same sentence, heck even the same paragraph.

Don't even get me started on the accuracy of wethermen! I've been trying to do my night orientation flight for almost three months now. I need to do this flight before I can start my cross-country training phase (which can be done in about a week or so), which is the last phase before I complete my private pilot license. But the problem is, every time my instructor and I reserve an aircraft and go to the hangar for the night flight, the weather is clear. Nothing for miles and miles. Forceast says that it will stay that way. But the moment we get to the airport, the radar shows a storm pop up out of nowhere and it is either at our airport (Killeen Municpal or ILE), our destination airport (Austin Bergstrom, or AUS), or along the route. It is getting to the point where the chief instructor jokes that any time he sees a storm cloud at night, he knows I was trying to fly.
The worst part is that the systems only seem to last for the planned duration of the flight. If we try to wait it out, it gets to be the wee hours of the morning, and by then we're so fatigued we have no choice but to make the no-go decision.
Stupid weathermen. I waste an hour driving to and from the airfield each time they say it will be a clear night, not to mention the time at the airport checking the weather. We can check the weather at the airport by phone before we leave my house, but it will change the moment we get there.
I wish the weathermen would finally just say what we all know anyway: it's been raining heavy and solid for several weeks now down here, and it ain't going away anytime soon.
Oh, and back to the original topic:
Yes, anytime you are a male, you are automatically wrong in the eyes of many women. Tread with caution; there are no right answers, and refusing to answer is even worse.
