Favorite Band, Rush
Favorite Song, Too many too choose, anything but Tom Sawyer by Rush. Manhattan Project, Hold Your Fire, Limelight, Fly By Night, and Working Man would make the list.

See what I mean about too many too choose? YYZ and Nobody's Hero definitely, Driven and Mystic Rhythms, eh, I'd rather have Tai Shan and Something for Nothing.

I have to agree that Prayer is an awesome song. This new album is gonna kick some serious ass. _________________ "Historians exercise great power and some of them know it. They recreate the past, changing it to fit their own interpretations. Thus, they change the future as well." - Leto II

It sure as hell is, I just downloaded it and I'm already in love with it. Try "Fine Again" by Seether too, that's why I have stuck in my head right about not. Has a truly awesome video with it, too.

Disturbed and Linkun Park, play them almost every day while I'm at work and like every song on them. I used to put down the heavy stuff and big on classical when I was in my early 20s. Just had an attack of college boy highbrow for a while. But a few years ago it hit me that if I'm not playing something Celtic, I'm playing some variety of heavy metal or real hard rock, even some rap. This seems strange for a 34 year old white boy. _________________ "Those who beat their guns into plows will plow for those with guns..." -Thomas Jefferson

Why am I not surprised that you are a trumpet player? That fact alone explains a lot!
How do I know? I played trumpet and euphonium/baritone for several years, and was even known to snag my friend's tuba on occasion.
So, any other band geeks out there willing to confess themselves?
