What happened to it? Did it get Deleted? One minute I was in it, and the next when I went to reply it was no longer there.

It's gone- it's not even listed in the stats anymore and I think that everyone's post count got altered to reflect it. That's happened before to deleted threads.
Well, at least it lasted almost a week. I didn't even think that anyone'd participate.

Me and Mordel discussed it and decided to end it at 100 replys (or when we noticed it was over that), but feel free to start again....but at 100 we'll delete it again.
It's a fun and interesting game but anything more than 100 replies can cause real slowness for dial-up users viewing in threaded and it starts becoming a possible resourse drain.

How about this-
Instead of deleting it, just lock it down. This way, we can start over. In time, the previous threads will simply be ignored.

I had fun doing it, but I understand why it had to go. I was mainly curious because I was in the thread at the time, when it was deleted.

Actually I probably won't now. Most of the fun from those types of threads are derived from seeing how long the thread can last before people either run out of words or lose interest. Placing a permanent cap takes a lot of the zing out of it.
