To even the field a bit I would give the Kurita force C3 equipped mechs:
m=master
s=slave
Persuit Lance: (not part of the Company C3 network as it's an independant unit)
Lao Hu/m
Wolverine/s
WolfTrap/s
Panther/s
1st Company Command Lance:
Tai-Sho/mx2
Mauler/s
Daikyu/s
BattleMaster/s
1st Company Fire Lance:
Naginata/m
Mauler/s
Strider/s
Charger/s
1st Company Recon Lance:
Bishamon/m
Firestarter/c
Jenner/c
Spider/c

While nice, it sounds more like the CapCon and the idea that every mech has to have Stealth armor...

So let me get this right, 15 clanner heavy to assault defending vs 16 Kuritians?
Ouch then you will need some heavy duty mechs. All my stuff is packed so I can not give you exact items, but it better be big bad and short ranged. What might be more fun is just one heavy or assualt star vs 16 light to medium mechs.
Think about it as a light attack or raider group that got behind the lines the the GBears had to rush the closest star over. Make a big clear spot that can be covered in 2 rounds and have at it in a city fortress.
AWAD- slug fests get old, odd battles are more fun

Let the IS pick their force, then let the Clan players bid down.
If you insist on this scenario try it with two light Stars and a medium Star. Or go with 2 Medium Stars but replace some of the Mechs with BattleArmor or ProtoMechs. You put 15 Clan Heavy and Assault versus 16 IS and it's over before it begins. _________________ I'm not family friendly. That's why I don't post here.

Actually, It's 2 medium and 1 heavy.
I think you guys are seriuoly underesmated the IS force. It's mostly in the city. So the clans don't have their range advantage. And the Rho galaxy isn't the type to dig in and defend. They are going hunting. From what I have tested so far. It's a straight up fight.

Yes, but even without the range advantage, their pilots are better, their weapons do more damage, their mechs are faster and there Xl engines only take two crits in each torso; all advantages witch can only be nullified by gang firing by the IS, or by at least a 150% advantage in number of mechs for the IS. I don't think even a straight up BV fight between IS and Clan mechs is fair.

All this would be true. But the Bears will be following the followings rules
1. Honor code 1. They will not break honor. no matter what the Dracs do
2. They will leave the feild of Battle if the take two or more crital hits.
3. They are a second line unit. So there won't be but one omni on the field.
I'm not saying it's going to be easy. But the Dracs do have a chance

Pardon me, but thats a pretty slim chance you're giving the IS guys. 15 second line clanners can almost clean out two, maybe three IS companies. They better be good IS mechs! The C-3 idea is actually a really good one. The Dragon has one advantage they don't use because it's "inconvenient". Why don't you try it out? It's actually the best electronic thing the IS has created. Why not use it? If you don't, I suggest the following:
Akuma 1X
Stalker 5M
Sunder Prime
Hatamoto Chi
Daikyu
No-Dachi
Maelstrom
Maelstrom
Grand Dragon
Kimodo
Kimodo
Daimyo
Bishamon
Raptor
Panther
Jenner
Of course, its still going to be heavily weighted against the IS guys, but this is an even balance of Draconis Mechs. To even it out a little more, replace the light lance with another medium or heavy.
