FINALLY, after waiting since SEPTEMBER I get to buy, own and play for all its worth the greatest racing game ever conceived!
World Rally Championship 2001!!!
Gran Turismo 3 was great in sports car simulation, buts Rally Mode lacked like a Locust lacks firepower. It was there, but it wasnt the strong point.
This game is gonna have all 16 contries with 5 stages each...thats like...um around 80 tracks! And it will have all but one fully licensed car (Codemasters owns the Colin McRae Ford Focus...but who cares? The Focus suck ans Sainz is cooler anyways!)
As WRC is my favorite type of racing I will be MORE that happy to get this game. Its release date in America has been pushed up from "Sometime in 2002" to "March 2002" Thats freakin awesome.
Now, before you go nutty, I know it is the 2001 season, not the current 2002. That just means I wont get to use Tommi Makkinen in the Subaru Impreza WRC, I'll have to settle for Richard Burns, who won the Driver's Cup last year. heh, its okay, he is my favorite driver anyways!
Also, it has already been released in the PAL nations (Europe and Australia) and is a major hit compareable to Gran Turismo 3. And in fact it is reccomended you get WRC 2001 if you want to have the 2nd best racing sim around.
I cant wait!!!

I just saw the commercial for the "Simpsons" racing game and it looks way cooler than any realistic race game  Of course I'll have to go buy a PS2 also.

The Simpons' game is actually really dumb. Dont watse the time by looking at it. Its just Crazy Taxi and gets boring after 30 minutes or so. The only reason it was fun for 30 minutes was cause it was, in fact, the Simpsons

Well, Dynasty Warriors 2 kept me entertained for 5 days, and I was left wanting more. 3 is supposed to be about 3x as good as 2, and includes a 2 player mode where you can go co-op. I was gonan get it until I relazied that WRC 2001 is coming out.

Metal Gear Solid 2. Best game I've ever played, and ever will play. Great plot, great graphics, great everything...you can't go wrong with it.

Hated it...bad camera angles most of the time, short story. Not that good onf oen (i write better). It was nothing, and I can say that every site/mag that gave it game of the year were a bunch of payed-off wusses.

The Net stuf is supposed to be up ny the end of the year. At least in America, not sure about Europe.
Front Mission 3 kicked a lot of ass, it'd be cool if they threw a new on together for PS2.
