Ok, since there has been actual mention of these 2 units having actually been proposed or prototyped, but never any actual info, I decided to come up with my own for'em. I'm sure someone else has probably done this before, but I've not seen them so I did mine own. 
I basicly just took the original 3025 designs and converted them to LAMs in the best way possible. I know the designs aren't great, but then, you normally do not expect much from what would be Official designs anyways. 
The Scorpion LAM being mentioned in the new Reseen Scorpion fluff in Project Phoenix. The convertion from the original design was pretty easy. Just simply dropped the speed from 6/9 to 5/8 much like what happened with the PHX and it leaves you with 2 tons leftover after adding jumpjets. Which I used for an extra heatsink and 1/2 ton of armor. I also did an updated 3050 version of what the design might be.

The Shadow Hawk LAM was originally mentioned in the fluff of the Phoenix Hawk LAM and I believe the Rapier Aerofighter in the 3025 TRO. I based the design off the original 2H variant, but without dropping the speed to a 4/6 (which seemed incredibly bad for a LAM), it in no way would work with level 1 equipment. The fluff mentions it being inferior to the PHX LAM, the lack of speed, if dropped to 4/6, would sorta fit then. In either case, I did both a 3025 and 3050 version.
