Lets see...3 Categories...
Category 1:
Favorite Affordable Car. This is anything...lets say...under $50,000. People's definition of affordable is different, so Under 50k seems reasonable.
Category 2:
Favorite Out Of Range Car:
$50,001-150,000 Range.
Categopry 3
Way too Much Money here
$150,001+
Mine Are
CAT 1:
Subaru Impreza WRX STi
($32,000)
CAT 2:
Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 V-Spec II
($125,000)
CAT 3:
TVR Tuscan Speed 12
(Um..forgot...but its in the $300,000 Range)

Cat 1:
I'm partial to my Chev Cavalier Z-24. It's affordable, with the 2.4L or the newer 2.2L Ecotec, has a fair bit of steam, and it's totally upgradeable!
Cat 2:
I like the Viper or Prowler. I'm not too into Japanese cars, and I prefer the American Muscle, or modern American. I'm also a big fan of the '69 Camaro, although that's probably more Cat1.
Cat 3:
I don't know of too many cars in this range that I'd really drive. But, I'd like a car built by Mr. Foose. He's a guy in LA I believe who's built some incredible cars from scratch, hand forming all the metal parts, and designing everything himself. TLC or Discovery channel had a special on him not too long ago. A must see for car enthusiats.

Cat 1
Jeep Cherokee, my current ride. Good on gas, lots of torque and horsepower, and any accidents happen below your feet. 4 wheel drive don't hurt either.
Cat 2
'70 Hemi Cuda convertible.
Cat 3
AC Cobra, any year

Isn't that the little custom they used in the show "Hardcastle and McKormick"?

OK Hardware scares me..
#1 Jeep Grand Cherokee For most of the same reasons he said, with the possible addition that it is the most sure footed vehicle in the snow or mud that I've ever had the pleasure of driving.
#2 I wouldn't spend 100K for a car...
#3 I certainly wouldn't spend 150K+ for a car..

NO, That's a Kit Cars from CKC... It's a souped up VW, with a Fiberglass Body.
The Kodiak is a real Custom Made High Performance Car.
