I can neither out run it, nor simply blast it. It's like trying to swat a mosquito with a sledgehammer...if that mosquito had a laser machine gun that shot beams bigger than my head.

well lets she the wrongness....
7/11/7... mean but ok.
stealth armor... mean but ok.
7/11/7 + stealth armor... very mean, but anything this fast is unlikly to out range anyone.
TC... very mean, but ok for most weapons.
Enhanced Imaging... wrong, wrong, wrong.
TC + EI... the ability to target locations at on +2 to-hit.
Clan LPL... one of the most unbalancing weapons in BT. range, damage, weight, and a -2 to-hit.
so our sub-totals are:
7/11/7 + Stealth + CLPL... the ability to get the most out of your speed and armor while still having a good chance to hit.
TC + EI + CLPL... the god offel ability to target locations at +0 to-hit.
so add all these together......
i jump 7 hexes, while under stealth, and fire at you at 20 hexes [assume clear terrain] while not targeting a location....
your to-hit mod: +10 [+4 jump, +6 range]
my to-hit mod: +4 [-2, +3, -1, +4]
while targeting a location....
my to-hit mod: +7 [-2, +3, +2, +4]
so in the hands of an elite clan pilot [with enhanced imaging] this machine is a SUPER assassin.
this mech enough to make a masakari with 4 LPL miss.

enough armor to make the lucky hit survivable too. it would take several solid (heavy)hits to fix this problem. at 8 million it is cheap too. _________________ Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side & a dark side, and strings also lie under it all.

the lowdown on EI is this:
its a neruhelmet thats surgicly implanted into your body, looking like metallic tatoo's over your entire body. this allows for a direct flow of info into your brain.
bonuses:
+1 to piloting skill rolls while engaged. note: this resolves the role results not the difficulty of said roll.
wood and smoke hexes give a smaller to-hit penalty. any number of smoke or light woods only gives a +1 to-hit. heavy woods give a +1 per hex. standard LOS rules still apply.
may target a mech location at a +5 penalty to hit. if this is combined with a TC, reduce penalty to +2 penalty to-hit.
backdraws:
pilots suffers 1 pt of damage each time the mech suffers an internal structure hit while the systems active.
fluff only reason, do to the unfiltered and direct flow of information the subjects brain becomes overloaded and slowly causes the user to go insain.
this equipment is lvl 3 only, but is considered to officaly exist in the universe.
