You have to wonder if at some point he stopped to think "I wonder if this is a bad Idea?, I mean what are the chances Ill get caught?". If you all remmeber the Melissa Virus that attacked a few years ago my buddy was originally fingered in that, it was a nightmare for him for about a month and a half (infact he still gets hate mail over it from people that think he really DID do it). He was visited by the FBI and they confiscated his computers willingly, I think he ended up sending a bottle of scotch to the FBI agent that realized it actually was originating from else where and was piggybacked to his account.

I returned home a few minutes ago to find that my computer (we have 2) was confiscated by the police on wensday and was returned this morning, someone had used my IP adress to hack into the local Highschool's Camera system and turn them off. I'm not sure how they did it because my comp has been turned off for two weeks now.

I hope it's the right guy.
I also hope they find the guys behind the sobig virus and beat them severely - before making them clean up all the infected computers.

Not that I am a fan of this sort of thing, but when he is being deflowered in jail for the first time I'd gladly webcam that out and share it with every system admin and desktop tech who had to run around like a madman because of this little turd.
