I haven't quite finished reading the books myself, but all indications point to Tommy being fairly high up in the Word of Blake, which would probably put him on Gibson...

Supposedly Thomas was made the WOB Primus. According to rumors anyway. Predentor Blaine is the Primus, so maybe we have another name change/ transformation going on here?
Look at MWDA and it might give some clues despite they cheesy rewrite they did. If I understand correctly, the "savior" dude in that setup was Thomas.

Exactly, do a gene test on Blaine using Josh's tissue samples......
(I think would be a great game to play! WHO's THE DADDY!)
Find Josh's dad/ possible dad and you come a lot closer to finding the real Thomas Marik. Instead of the scarred hunk of spam currently doing the job.

IIRC, the manual for Snord's Irregulars (under Rhonda, not Cranston) lists a member of the unit called Thomas Shake. Shake is an aged, scarred amnesiac who can only remember his first name; his last name came from the fact that one of his hands is constantly shaking.
I can't recall where, but it was once theorized somewhere that Shake may be the real Thomas Marik.

okay, stick him and test him too! It would be interesting if a Total Recall scenario developed and that amnesia is actually conditioning. Think Snord would like to play Kingmaker?
