...and every so often chihawk wanders into Mordel's office, sometimes cheering very loudly, but more often then not yelling language that children shouldn't hear.
On the last trip into and out of Mordel's office chihawk comes running out of the office, hands raised over his head, and begins yelling....
TOUCHDOWN! TOUCHDOWN! Woohoo!!!! Yeah baby, TOUCHDOWN!!!!!
Just then Mordel slams his office door shut hard enough rattle all the bottles behind the bar.

Orders the largest bottle of beer in the bar, which happens to be a '40' of Olde English 800. "Gah, Malt Liquor! My Broncos are now down to Kanell as their stgarting QB. Surely this is a sign of the Apocalypse," as he begins to cry and get drunk.

Nope, if the Lions win three in a row, that will trigger Ragnarok......

And after that stellar performance yesterday, I think we are safe for a good while yet.

Let me tell you that you did the right thing. Harrington was horrible [QB rating for the game was a 7.1. I didn't know that it could go that low]. I switched between that game and the Bronco game for the 1st Half.

Stinger Walks in beaming ear to ear, as he hears Chihawk announce a free round.
"Woohoo my Seahawks are 5 and 1 now. I know it wasnt pretty but a win is all that matters. Next round on me!"
/ooc and please dont ask me what a seahawk is. I have no clue. I am still comming to grips with the Moose and how that in any way relates to Mariners.

The Moose was a contest winner to pick a Mascot for the New team in Seattle.
As for the Seahawk, I always thought it was a CGU11. It's a B1RD, but beyond that....

"Normally I would banter back and forth on this for fun, but my heart is still laying on my desk after Little and the Red Sox ripped it out. Haven't been able to put it back in yet. So while I am sad the Dolphins lost, I still don't really care. They had their chances and blew it. Twice... Freakin' dirt. I'm convinced that dirt cost them the game. Without the dirt I can gaurantee you Mare would've made at least 1 of those, if not both. So I guess the FLorida Marlins cost my team a victory. If they weren't in the world series, the dirt would be covered with something more playable. So, once again, we revolve back to baseball breaking my heart. Only now it is managing to break my heart across sports."
Mordel walks back into his office and closes the door with much less enthusiasm than the last time. Puts his head down on his desk, and continues to cry onto his Bob Stanley autographed picture.

Hehe Yeah I feel for you. At least your team made it that far.I am stuck with the Mariners (yeah stupid contest winning) Moose. a team that plays great for the first half of the season and then goes on vacation for the most important part of the season. Oh yeah that would be the second half. Its also nice hearing "And the mariners traded Jeff Nelson BACK to the yankees for Armondo bernetez, but dont worry even after speaking out about teh teams lack of movement before the trade deadline Howard Lincon has assured us that IT WAS NOT A POLITICAL MOVE, they did it for the beterment of the team, Granted we WONT actually pitch him as we know he sucks and puting him out there with less than a 6 run lead is suicide!" Yeah right sure. We all believe that one dont we.
Grr. Just thinking about them makes my blood boil.
walks over to the bar. "Chihawk the strongest White russian you can make by lay please."
After paying he walks over to his usual table muttering sentences about 116 wins and cant make it out ogf the first round.
