In response to the Conventional fighter thread in General discusion forum This is the first of a number of conventional fighter designs I have made

cheap the armour is light because of its small size and the weapon load is
rather small though inferno loads can make this air craft dangerous to
infantry

The AVF-1 has been largly replaced by the Fusion engined Hawker and de
Havaland designs in the ODF but is a favorite of malita forces

WIth the name Cessna I would expect it to be fragile. Definately for pilots with no future.

Well if you read the fluff you will notice that it has been replaced by the larger fusion engined DeHavilland and Hawker designs. It is popular in rural malitia units where you can find them in barns next to the tractor behind the combine. .

How about making it equiped with a rocket launcher??? Does that fit better? I do think it the idea and SRM@ with no armor fits just fine. Somthing to piss off other players with and has flair.
Maybe if you used alternate rules of MGs it could have a retro fit with MGs. To bad no LRM 2 in the world, then this would be cool.

Just think of this picture. A mech flailing like King Kong at the little cessnas buzzing around its head. Just think of the humiliation factor of a head hit by an srm2 from a scout plane.
