I hope they PROSECUTE, if a law applies and do not allow a plea bargain. The owners name would be nice, so those who wish can blacklist him. It is time to bring back shunning and such, law doesn't seem to be working well.

I like the idea of the government putting out an electronic bounty of spammers and hackers heads. That way you start having the hackers hacking the hackers. The few times I have heard of that being done have worked well. Reformed hackers are the best people to use to go after these sorts of people.
