I actually designed this before ever seeing the Pirhana. But it was designed not so much as a back-biter, but as an anti-infantry unit. The ERML, and ERSL were there on the chance it hit some elementals or another light mech. Of course, that doesnt mean it cannot be employed as an end around to shoot in the back mech, but that is against normal clan ROE and their code of honor. And at 25 shots/MG firing all each turn its gonna take awhile to run outta ammo heh, also gotta love the clan's CASE in any location hehehe..

Battlesuit hunter? Yes
Infantry slayer? Yes
Scout hunter? Yes
With it's speed it could catch almost any vehicle out there short of aircraft. Your scout hunters can't quite take down a hovercraft before they're out of range? This will outrun most hovercraft and at close range can out gun the small and medium class ones.
Good armor for it's size and high speed make this a hard unit to take down. A lance of these would be an insiduous pack of mech hunters. Even in an Atlas, would you want to try to take 4 of these on? Not I, however it would make for an interesting scenario.....hmmm....
