Top of afternoon to you all,
May the luck of Irish smile on you today. Here is my question: In comparison to other minis, say a Blackjack and a Rifleman, is the Marauder much larger?
I recently purchased a Hatchetman, Blackjack, a Vulcan, a Rifleman, and Marauder. The first four were confirmed as originals which I could tell from the photos. The Marauder is a Robotech mini or a very good copy. The seller had stated that he didn't know as the base had been carved out. I didn't care because it looked good and was CHEAP! Plus, this was my first Marauder mini and I wanted one bad. It looks good, except it does not have the detail the Ral Partha usually used. It also stands about 1 and half times higher than the others. Any ideas?

Speaking of the Marauder, I have 2 unseen, both with both arms broken, and one missing the top gun. But I still use em  They are a tad bit taller than most other minis, but not by much. at most 3/16 of an inch over my next tallest, which is a warhawk (Masakari)

It would probably help if I provided a comparison photo of the Marauder standing beside the Rifleman.

I have a marauder as well and a marauder 2.
My berserker is my tallest mini. Do you still have the broken arms?
If so I have a solution for their repair.

No, unfourtuantely I dont. And I was mistaken also, one of mine is a Marauder II also, and only it is missing both arms. The Normal MAD is only missing the left arm. Also the normal MAD still has its top gun.
Does anyone know of a current mech that uses same arms as unseen MADs? Or a mech parts pack that has that style of arm? Also need a top gun for the MAD II.

If it is a lot taller it isnt a ral partha marauder.  if you have a Yu Huang the Unseen Marauder's top gun comes up to the level spot between the Yu Huang's missile rack point tops. Also the MAD's back is level at the top with an original Shadow Hawk's back piece. Hope the comparisons help.

With the top guns removed the marauder is just a bit taller than the shadow hawk. However with guns on the shadow hawk is taller as i tend to cant his gun upwards some to shorten his front-to-back size.
And there was a "Mech Limbs" pack that had marauder parts in it.

Is that "Mech Limbs" pack still being made now though? I looked through Iron Winds site, but they dont have pics for any of the spare parts sets.

well without pictures I can't say anything about it.
however I can say this much, the luck of the Irish is BAD luck, it bugs the piss out of me when people say it as if its a good thing.

Is not so clear to me what's the matter,
anyway comparing the scale beetwen
them'sometimes you will find that are
inexactly.
IAnd with vehicle is more denoted.
I bring you an example:
compare a galleon with a huitzilopochtli....

It's possible that you have an original Battledroids Marauder, if both feet are aligned (that is one is not forward of the other) , and the overall look is boxy and thick, and the autocannon on top is a box with a thing barrel, it would be a pre-Ral Partha Marauder.
I don't understand what the problem is, there are lots of mini pics around in iinternet, even if you haven't seen ever a Ral Partha Marauder, you can tell the difference from your mini.
