OUCH!! 25 ER smalls.
This looks like a city fighter, Or at least should be. It would be pretty much toast on a open field. But in a canyon or city. It could wreck havoc.
I like

Um...where are the 25 lasers comeing from? the only 25 I see is the series of Laser it is. And it has that gauss...good for field combat which would be the twist on it, right?

See what lack of sleep can do! I could have sworn I saw 25 ER smalls there.
Well, It is bedtime now. Before I start to see 200 ton mechs with 6/9/6 move and 30 ERPPC with no heat sinks

A hunchback with speed, range, and back armor? Are you sure this is a hunchback?

nice, nice. but um. its missing something.
first i say drop 0.5 armor, n upgrade that er sl to an er ml.
second drop the engine back to 4/6.
third remove 2 heat sinks.
fourth upgrade gauss to heavy gauss, add ammo. n stir.
now you got a decent upgrade to the Hunchback.
but thats just me.

The mech would be more in lines to the massive refitting going on for the past 10 years...so the date don't matter really...

If you wanted to really go with a FWL mech like the TR says then you should have a light gauss or a LRM-20. But then you just get farther away from the hunchback and into a new mech.
