It prevents active probes, Artemis IV, Narc beacons, and C3 networks from working within a 6 hex radius of the unit with the ECM.
Also next time refrain from posting in all capital letters--on the internet that's considered shouting.

You guys should buy a used copy of BattleTech Master Rules (preferably the revised, but original works) off ebay or something.

Check flea markets and thrift stores. Sometimes you can get lucky. At one point I think I had 3 copies of the compendium because I would buy any used BT stuff I could find.

Oafman, they are from ireland, doubt there is too much used BT stuff floating around there.

It depend also wich kind of sensors type areyou using.
in a visual contest it doesn't matter(exept
to avoid artemis ect..)
While you are using EM modifier,instead
change completly the faces of battles.
Immagine that assault mech got
-3 to be hit

Used stuff ends up with friends, relatives and "the guys from next door", at least in small RPG scenes. I've found that the best way to get used books is to order them from the USA. Mr Mahler in Texas managed to send me a used Faiths&Avatars in only three days! A useful book that cost me less than 20 dollars.

You'll find that the vast majority of players don't use those rules, plus it's always better to just keep the "normal" rules in mind when answering questions from beginning players

not completely true  debit cards work also, as does an AOL, Compuserve, or other big name ISP email address. I use paypal for all my online transactions too, good tool
