I asking my self many time,cause I haven't
battle space,so I got a limited use.
But I rediscovered,that is very precious
x take many imput(while I'm preparing
AT2 scenario x tomorrow).

I have a photocopied edition of Battlespace. I'd be willing to turn it into a PDF in trade for a PDF of the Explorer Corps.

Battlespace was cool in that it took into account something that most other spacesims didnt. Being able to roll the ship along the long axis to present fresh arms and armor.
Granted, the rules are kind of confusing in places. And its a little distrbing to get the game, read the rulebook, and then find a two page 'corrections' sheet in the bottom of the box. Oh well. Work in progress, I suppose.
And am I the only one whos read the Battlespace book whos itching to use the Alamo bomb?

Once again I get to bring up FASA's other games. Better rules, worse world. Leviathan, the TOG/ Renegade Legion rules for warships. IT was the first game I know that had that roll thing. Also facing one direction but moving another. Big Battleships were brutal to the exterme, spinal mount hits your destroyer, game over. But small ship action was great.
AWAD- And nukes were used, to unreal amounts of damage

So why did you buy Explorer Corp?
I bought for the rules to fight on differenet worlds and terrain.

Humm..we was play last WE AT2 and thing
get hard to handle.
We got so much stuff in space,and little familiarity with rule.But it was a good
lesson x next time.
I was defending with
2 x TR13
2 x TR10
1 TR7
3 x F10
attakcer
4x SPH
3x CSR
2x STK
1 SL25
1 union and 1 leopard cv
Defender should prevent the att. from enter in atmosphere and deploy his/her company.
thus at the end of 8 turn I lost 2 tr10 and
1 tr13 and litteraly escape im atmosphere
with light craft and transgressor waiting
x a good and luky shot in atmosphere.
I didmany mistake anyway,especially in
initial deployment.

Yeah, and one of these days I am going to steal the game rules and give it a new universe.
