Well, according to Yahoo News, it looks like Lance Armstrong has won his 6th consecutive victory in the Tour de France...the first one to win 6 in a row...

I have been keeping track of the whole race. That man is a monster on that bike. It is amazing to see him pour on the power at the finishing stretch after riding all day up the hill.

All the talk about doping in that sport is ridiculous. Lots of people accuse him of it, but there isn't any proof. I'm not saying he hasn't, but until someone comes up with evidence instead of words, all those people claiming he does are just jealous because they can't measure up to him.

From what I know, the guy does a stretch on the ol exercise bike during training. He gets that thing up to 35 mph and keeps it there for about an hour or so.

During the off season he spends most of his week on the bike riding up to 7 hours a day. His training regimen is as grueling as the race itself. The interview that was on last night had a thing from his team physicians. They said that his body has a lower than normal level of lactic acid (if I remember the acid correctly). So he does not feel pain as quickly as the average athelete. Add an incredibly strong will and you get Lance.
I like how they set this years race up just to try to beat Lance and he wins anyways. All they did was make it harder on the other competetors.

Those guys do seem to die from heart failure a bit too often. It's really hard to belive anyone could be at the top without using some kind of doping. Wonders do happen at times, though. Perhaps Lance is a mutant?
I've also noticed that just about every single world class skier suffers from asthma. Fancy that, a reason to use medication for expanding your breathing apparatus.

Nightmare, it's probably from all those times in the thin, cold air on the mountain side.... Yeah, that's it....
