								|
 |
								| Is there different mechs in each of the edition box sets, i bought the most recent one and i was wondering if the older ones had the unseen or different mechs in. I am eager to collect the unseens but because the minatures on ebay go for very high prices i would make do with the cut outs or counters.
 Thanks,
   Big W

								| I've got the 4th edition box, and it lacks the unseen. My friend's got a couple of 2nd edition boxes, and they come with unseens aplenty. Same for CityTech.

								| The third edition box set was the last to feature the unseen. You can still find those sets on Ebay...oftentimes with the miniatures intact, for around 20 bucks if you get lucky.
The quality of those plastic minis is pretty low though, so be warned. Don't expect miracles.

As for the metal ones, most of the unseens are only a buck or two more than what you'd pay for a brand new mini. The only 'mech that is hopelessly inflated are the Marauders...standard version, II, or IIC, are inflated. The Warhammer IIC is pretty bad as well.

								| I'm a Marauder fan, as all know. But I have to wonder. I had a harder time finding a Longbow and a Wolftrap than I ever did a Marauder.
In fact, the only Wolftrap I know of within 100 miles is mine. And Lancer has told me they are next to impossible to find on E-bay as well.

 Any thoughts?

								| Probably not a very popular design (I keep forgetting that it exists until people mention it's name), so possibly not that many miniatures of it were made, or at least not as many as other designs.
The flip side is that I may be weird, the Wolftrap is popular with lots of other people, and those that have them don't want to sell them on Ebay.

 Take your pick, I guess

								| Because i have to use co.uk. My list of available mechs is severly limited. I have never seen the Marauder although the longbow appears quite regularly.

								| Probably a limited production run in the case of the Wolftrap. Of course, there might not be a very good demand for it either...it's not exactly an iconic design.

								| I have several of them, I've always liked their look, but offhand I don't think any notable fiction character ever piloted one in a Btech novel. Nor do I recall seeing nameless kurita troops with very many of them either. This could be why they weren't bought in large numbers. _________________

								| Am I the only one who thinks it ironic that the mech seen the most in England is the LONGBOW? Or am I the only one who reads history. hehe

								| He he, good point.
Nothing patriotic here but i really like the longbow, and the Enfield. lol

Don't get on with the Crossbow.

There is a dealer in the uk who sells loads of single mechs (not assembled) Im pretty sure ive seen a wolftrap in there a couple of times. Not sure about Cetsus (spelling?)

A mech i would like but have never seen is the Merlin, also the Stilleto

								| Vehicles and infantry are extremely rare in the uk. You rarely see demolishers (ther'ye the most common one) and they don't go for anything under £10 ($16)
I did see a rather tasty lot of 6 mechs and 160 infantry, just a bit out of my price range though. Shame,
