If davion can utilise the advantages they have, they should win this decisively. While the Shadow Hawk and the Panthers are powerful in their own right. The Black Jack and Devish should pair up nicely to lay down some powerful firepower.
I imagine the Javelin skirmishing with the Hermes, the Javelin should come out on top.
However, this can be a very close match. I think the first ko will decide the winning team here, and the Davions power might just clinch it.

I ran this battle, and the Davion forces basically handed out a whoppin.' One of the Panthers took an engine hit from the Valkyrie, and the Javelin finished the job with several loads of SRMs shot into the Panther's backside. The Hermes got precisely one hit in the whole game, the Blackjack systematically carved the Shadow Hawk up, and the Dervish did the rest with it's LRM-10s.

The Kurita player doesn't know what he/she/it is doing?
If you're playing against Megamek, the bot's are fairly good but predictable..

That normally works.. but playing against human players is still better.

The 'bot gets stupid ideas sometimes, exactly like one player I know. 
Last time I tested some mechs for a tournament-type fight was particularly odd. The 'bot-controlled MAD II decided to go into Depth 2 water instead of facing my Hunchback HBK-4P directly. Seems it thought it was outgunned at close range? A real player would have put all that armor to use for a "stand-and-fire" slugfest that the MAD would win just on being tougher.
The 'bot got a 10-point kick in the head when I entered Depth 1 water beside it.

Just tested this better out.. admittedly on Megamek.
Just realised the Hermes is the version with two large lasers... I took kurita and left the field with all my mechs intact. Not a single davion mech survived... of course that's just megamek...
The javelin's armour isn't going to save it from the large lasers on the hermes or the panthers' PPCs.. only its speed will keep it alive.
