I'm in the process of getting ready to move, so I've decided to lighten my load of gaming books. Over the next couple of weeks I'll be posting a LOT of auctions for the stuff of ebay...mostly Dungeons and Dragons and Battletech stuff....under the seller ID deity701. I've been collecting this stuff for awhile, so I've got lots of out of print materials...mostly from the late eighties and early nineties. I'm also helping my girlfriend unload some of her old jewelry, so you can pick up something for Valentine's day as well, so your girlfriend can't fault you for spending all of your money on gaming books...only 90% of it
BTW, anybody have any idea what it should cost to ship a box of about fifteen paperbacks...I've decided to post the btech novels I'm getting rid of as one big lot, but I need to figure out how much I'm charging for shipping first. Also, if there's anything you're looking for in particular, let me know and if I have it I'll put it on the front burner.

Pack the box up as you would to ship it and then bring it to the post office and ask what it would cost to ship it media rate.
I've done this a few times and I've never had a problem.

What about TROs, specifically from Star-League to 3026?
What editions of D&D? _________________ "Politics is the Art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, misdiagnosing the problem, and applying the wrong solution."

Alas, I've no credit cards or debit cards so I can't work through ebay.
Have you tro 3060 or later? _________________ If ignorance is bliss, then why are you so miserable?

Unfortunately I'm not parting with my TROs at this point...most of the btech stuff I'm selling off are novels and sourcebooks. I've got the Periphery sourcebook up right now, and the old Bloodright adventure for Mechwarrior 2nd edition. Essentially that adventure involves a bunch of clan characters roaming around the Inner Sphere and killing off members of a family who are distantly related to a Clan Wolverine member. As for the credit card issue, I accept checks and money orders.

The D&D stuff is virtually all second edition...I've got a lot of modules going...including some old Ravenloft stuff, a fair amount of Forgotten Realms materials, and a smattering of Greyhawk. I might sell some Dragonlance stuff off too...but I'm still kind of attached to Dragonlance. I've also got the old Ruins of Myth Drannor boxed set, along with several other boxed sets that I'll probably get up some time next week.

I am now torn between my love of all things old (as many here know, I don't play any games that haven't been out of print at least five years) and my desire to know what my D&D friends are talking about.
edit: I'll just add this here rather than making a new post.
The last of my D&D stuff died a few years back (and it was first edition). Are you selling the core books or just supplements?

My current location is listed under my name.
However, I found this book (well, technically, Kraken found them, but I bought them) as well as an original TRO 3025 and a Star League Housbook, at the Copperas Cove Friends of the Library booksale. Held usually the 1st week of April and October. Prices have gone up since then, but it's still easy to walk out with a box full of books for less than a manual or two costs today. They haven't had any game manuals lately; most of the books that are sold are either donations (so lots of those trashy romance novels) or old material the library is disposing of (you can gets encyclopedia sets for dirt cheap, if you don't mind being 10 or more years out of date).
As for the trial of possession, you can do the trial all you want, that still doesn't change teh fact that the book is packed away right now and I don't know exactly which box it's it. Had to move quickly this past summer (when I got married) and haven't fully unpacked yet.
