Well, we've done all the other Omnis, why not the IS ones? I mean, besides the fact that there's so few of them, and that few of them are really that great.
I vote Arctic Fox. The Raptor has some good configs, but no real amor, and the Owens just isn't that great.

Ditto, learning from the clans on how to do things does help..
It also has a lot of firepower for something that small.

I am voting Owens. I love the fluff for it and it can be in interesting RP mech. But as far as configs go. I generally prefer my own to the book configs.

| I know the Raptor ain't that great but whenever I use one, Lady Luck seems to be with me. One of my favorite mechs, especially when I tweek the design.

The AF-1 is out since I'm not going to pay for a light omnimech that will get caught and shot to pieces by medium mechs.
The Owens is too specialized for me.

It's a good mech for a light scout and harrassment lance, which is pretty much how I like to use my light mechs.
