I always believe that only Sealth armor

With those med. lasers you must get close, if you want to use them offensively. This will probably negate stealth bonuses, but they work as excellent repellent against less armored, but faster opponents. Armor is maxed out, mobility just average (that isn't meant negatively). Main guns can fire without overheat while running, ECM hampers advanced targeting. If Liao has some money to spend, this is good way to do so.

but sadly, i doubt they would :[
Sealth armor should be utilised more, maybe people just hate managing with heat nowadays...
