I had to get a new gas tank for my '92 Sable. Cost a bit over $450 Canadian. Plus another $50 to fill it up. Add in all the gas I've lost over the last month.
These bloody pieces of steel and rubber are going to kill us all!

What happened to the old gas tank?

After roughly 13 years of dealing with the crap they put on the roads up here in the winter, it had rusted to about the consistancy of mesh. Basically, it leaked like a sieve, and was wasting gas just sitting there. Not a good thing, considering the price of gas these days.
