 Pretty interesting.

I have already seen it before, looks interesting until you shoot six times and must crawl out in the middle of the fight to reload.

Sounds like a 15t vee with nothing but 6 RL´s!
But that with the sure kill would be a problem in BT!

Sounds not like a 90t Tank with lots of lasers!

Wouldn´t get a "sure kill" either!
What about stats for "one-shot cannons"?
 OSAC/5: 5 damage, 1 heat, 2t, 1 crit, range 6/12/18

Funny thing, but may be true. It doesn't have reloading system.

Sure it does. The poor bastard who has to get out in the middle of a gunfight and reload each cannon by hand.

Then you have to have cargo-space or you have to strap the extra shots on your back!
But if you shoot at a Mech you can be shure to have it´s attention!

THAT is the design referred to in the Ontos fluff. 6 reciolless cannon of 106mm bore. When you abolutely positovely have to put a bunker into orbit right now!

It is small (about 4' or so high) and yopu end up exposed reloading. Modern .50 cal ap rounds also penetrate the armor.

Yup the Ontos IFV. Its 6 106mm guns were good for its time but now they merely scratch the paint off most MBTs but still don't look down on those cannons ! They can send your Humvee cartwheeling into the air.

In LOTS of small parts if a broadside is fired. I think I saw a "static display" model at 29 stumps front gate back in the late 80's.

Light tanks really aren't a good idea for anti-armor work. As they said, the Marines mostly used it for anti-infantry work.
