speed it looses some weapon space to gain the 54 kph boost.Realativly few were
built before the ODF declared 15 ton mechs to be obsolite.
==Capabilities:==
The HD-5 chassis is capable of sustaned speed of up to 162 kph and can hit up
to 216 kph for short bursts. The typd A carries a pair of ER medium lasers
backed up by an ER small laser.It does have some heat issues
==Variants:==
Some units have replaced the ER medium lasers with older types trading range
for less heat.
==Deployment==
The ODF has declaired 15 ton mechs to be obsolite and nolonger uses them
except for a few that are used for training..Most of the survivors are now in
malitia units except for a few in police service.
