Yeah I have been trying to come up with a campaign for these. but let me know what you think. Way to expensive and slow. They really need to do something about the price and power output fro the XXL's its prety crazy.

==Overview:==
In eerily 3066 the Federated Suns high command ran into some issues with the
all water worlds in the outer rim. They had a colony of pirates move in and
cause major problems for the planet and the inhabitants of the few colonies
there. It was after a considerable amount of time and money was spent trying
to find the pirates that Davion High command decided to bring back the wet
navy. This design is still on the drawing boards but may be a very useful
design. So far extensive combat simulations have been run in which several
design flaws were found. In the course of the simulation tests these have been
fixed in the design and when it gets approved may be moved forward into actual
production.
==Capabilities:==
This 200 foot vessel weighs in at 555 tons and carries one of the more
impressive arsenals available. 4 Snub nosed Long Toms that are tied to a
targeting computer are backed up with 4 ER LRM 15's make up the main firepower
of the impressive NABC (New Avalon Battle Cruiser). Backed up with 5 Streak
srm 4 systems the Battle Cruiser is a impressive vessel.
==Deployment==
Currently the NABC are in simulation and refinement phase and should be
nearing completion. The first off the line will be the NAN Victory, with the
NAN Freedoms Grace, NAN Enlightened Spirit, NAN Winters Fury, NAN Pools Warder
and, NAN Autumns Blaze rounding out the fleet.

This reminded me of battlechat and Vehicle Annex that may have big vessels (rules from Combat operations)

2.8 billion? I think that you've just set the record for c-bills per ton. If you cut down your overall tonnage, you might be able to use a non-large engine, which will give you more weapons tonnage for the same speed. And cost loss, too.
Otherwise, the ship isn't bad. The armament makes sense enough; nice and long ranged. Still, I was far more impressed by the New Avalon hydrofoil.
